Is there a maximum weight capacity for my Garden Wheelie?

Where do I place my bin on the day of my collection?

Put your bin out on the kerbside before 7:00 am on your chosen date, and our collection truck will empty your bin and place it back on the kerbside, ready for you to store away and use again.

Am I able to request a pickup date that is different to the dates available on the app?

Unfortunately, the only collection times and dates available are the ones stated on the app.

I have ordered a collection for my green waste bin but need to change the date/time. What do I need to do?

Simply contact our team on 0800 240 120 or by using the "Contact Us" section in the app. They will amend your pickup date to when our collection truck is next in your area.

I have ordered a collection for my green waste bin, but I no longer require the pickup. Can I cancel the collection ad get a refund?

Yes, you can. You can request a cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled time by phoning us on 0800 240 120.

My bin wasn't collected. What do I do?

Please get in touch with our team on 0800 240 120, and someone will be in touch to empty your bin. We apologise for the inconvenience.

I have a large garden clean-up project, and my green waste bin is not big enough. What can I do?

For large-scale projects, we suggest using one of our heavy-duty skip bins. Whether you're renovating the home, landscaping the garden, or de-cluttering the garage, a Skip bin is the ideal solution for your bulk disposal needs.

I am moving house and wish to use my green waste bin service at my new property. Can I take it with me?

If your new property is in one of the postcodes we service, you can! Just make sure to update your address in the settings on your app. Unfortunately, if you're moving out of one of our service areas, we can't pick up your bins anymore. Please contact us to organise the removal of your bin.

What happens if my bin has been damaged or stolen?

A replacement bin can be ordered by contacting our customer services team on 0800 240 120 or by emailing us at enquiries@environz.co.nz.

What happens to my green waste once it has been collected?

The materials collected in your green waste bin will be transported to a composting facility at our Hampton PARRC facility located in the North Waikato. The compost that is produced at the facility is used as a soil improver in landscaping, farming and horticulture.

I no longer require my green waste service. How do I cancel?

Please phone us on 0800 240 120 or use the "Contact Us" section in the app to arrange for your bin to be picked up and removed. If your bin is full, we will require you to pay for a collection before the bin can be removed.

How do I clean my green waste bin?

The smooth sides of the bin minimise the likelihood of contents sticking to the inside; however, some people still like to wash their bins occasionally. This can be easily done by simply putting the bin on its side and using a mop or hosepipe.

Can I order more than one bin at a time?

Yes, you can order up to 5 bins on our app, and then at the time of booking a collection, you can specify how many bins you want to order your pickup for.
