Please ensure you send us your remittance advice to accounts.receivable@environz.co.nz after making your payment.
Direct debit
You can set up a direct debit payment by completing the Direct Debit Authority Form.
You can either print the form and fill it in by hand, or you can type your details directly into the text fields in the form (pressing the tab key jumps to the next form field) and then print it.
Once you have completed and signed the form please return both pages to:

If you are an existing customer and want to switch to Direct Debit, download this form and email to accounts.receivable@environz.co.nz quoting your account number. Any time your bank account number changes, we need a new Direct Debit form.
