Garden Wheelie Privacy Policy
We (Enviro NZ Services Limited) collect personal information from you when register for a service via the Enviro NZ app, including your:
- Name
- Email address
- Residential address
- Mobile phone number
We collect your personal information in order to:
- Confirm orders and provide tax invoices
- Deliver the wheelie bin and collect green waste from your physical address
- Keep you informed of any service changes, news updates, discounts and/or offers
Providing some information is optional, however if you choose to not enter a physical address, email address and mobile phone number, we will be unable to provide you with a green waste collection service.
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. Your information will only be used for the express purpose of delivering the purchased service. We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure database and only allow certain staff to have access to it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is incorrect.
